“Nostalgie de la boue” consists of six collaborative works I created with Israel Aten. Part of the concept was a strict division of labor: he built the frames and I took the photographs. The images show a park with a fountain where a car crash had recently happened. The investigators’ markings recall the accident, while the frames refer to a place somewhere between the ancient past and the future.
